I’m glad I found these guys last night. I have a report due on Monday and my computer crashed. Tony was the guy working last night and he was able to log into the computer and get my report back, except for the last page!! I had a virus on the machine that locked everything up and made it appear to be all kinds of jumbled characters. I’m glad they were able to help and I would definitely use them in the future. It was a little on the expensive but I did get a virus protection software to replace Mcafee which was not working very well at all and was the entire reason I had to call these guys

I ordered a laptop arm I needed put together and drilled into my desk. What an amazing, perfect experience. He even made it fit with my late work schedule. He knew exactly what he was doing, obviously much experience. I felt confident the whole time and it came out just right and what I asked for. Bonus, he showed me a feature on my office chair, too. :)

Called them late on a Saturday night for a crashed computer during this covid-19 Corona virus pandemic. I have to have my report ready by the start of business on monday and the computer hard drive crashed. Turns out my McAfee virus protection had failed and let in some baddies.
They got it squared away in a few hours and got my report recovered almost entirely.
Your best bet is to look into remote connection repair and ask for Tony. I will be using them in the future but hopefully not to distant future. If I learned anything from this mess it is not to use McAfee at all.

These guys saved me when I was in a bind. I had to get my machine upgraded from windows 7 because Microsoft is not supporting it anymore. I had to make sure all my stuff worked before I switched. Justin was able to log into my machine get the backups done, saved all my music and pictures, they mailed my disks to me, and then do the upgrade. It was relatively painless. Little expensive, but all technology support is these days. Id much rather have someone qualified and get it done right than screw up my computer like the last guys did. THANK YOU JUSTIN! Recently order computer repair service from this co. Took time off work to wait for a repair tech to show at house for a prearranged appointment. The tech never showed. I was not even contacted to be infomred they might be late or needed to reschedule. An absolute no show. When I provided feedback to Amazon, where I was assigned this service, they worked the problem as best as possible and the company did attempt to contacted me to reschedule the appointment. When I could not pick up their calls due to various appointments, I was blamed for not being available to return calls to the company. Wrong

I heard about this company from a complaint about another co. I had used in the past and saw they were being sued by the Federal Government. Another person said they had used Secure Remote Services and was very happy that they had solved a difficult problen. I saw they recieved a BBB A + rating. I thought it was a good idea to try them because my computer was in such bad shape I was ready to just throw it away and start all over again.
