ABC Home Healthcare is private, full service home care agency. We were founded by Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Jeannette Sheehan. Unlike many franchise home care agencies you see advertised, our home care agency is managed by licensed nurses and Certified Geriatric Care Managers. We work hand-in-hand with Medicare providers, community resources and elder care service agencies.
From homemaking to skilled nursing, let our trained team of compassionate caregivers help keep you safe at home. Each of ABC's home care services begin with a no-cost home care assessment performed by one of our Certified Geriatric Care Managers. After that initial consultation, we work together with you and your family to develop a personalized, cost effective care plan.

The worst company i’ve ever been hired for.
Lack of communication from scheduling never got hours upon hire.
One of the human resources lady Christine is very rude and unprofessional.
Not a company i will ever invest my time on. Quit 2 weeks after hire.
They need to be more courteous with employees that just want to work and help the elderly and appreciate their workers will definitely NOT recommend.

I am a HHA/CNA for this company and enjoy working for them. The care coordinators are very helpful and always listen to what you have to say. This is a company that really cares about you, you are not just another employee to them. I love my clients and look forward to visiting them and providing the care that they need. Being a family-owned agency, family is at the heart of everything they do at ABC. My mother moved in with me after the sudden death of my father, she had been diagnosed with ALZ. We new her mental status was deteriorating but it wasn't till she was living with me that I realized just how bad she was. She could not be left alone and needed constant attention. I called ABC home health care and they were awesome! They explained my options, answered all my questions and found a wonderful aid to send to us two to three times a week, sometimes an overnight. This company was hired to care for my elderly grandmother who is with hospice, and my grandfather who suffers from dementia. The care provided was below sub par. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only are the aids that are sent to "help" in the home lazy, the owner lacks professionalism. Janette Sheehan has no ability to speak to people, or control her emotions. She left a threatening message on my mother's voicemail. She called the day of the blizzard and gave very little notice that no one would be going to the house for 36 hours to provide care due to the snow. Ultimately, Janette canceled
