Had a high pressure fuel pump installed here and had a couple of other experiences with Elite and all went mostly well. It looks like they hired a couple of new people and I have to say, theyre fantastic. My car was ready as discussed and everything was installed correctly. Got some great advice for other parts I want and just an overall friendly experience. Whatever they're doing, they're doing right! Got my BMW running great!

This is an update to my prior review. After posting my review, Kai the owner reached out to me. He apologized for all that had happened. He wanted to make things right. So he ordered a new filter and installed it. I spoke with him personally. Although extremely apologetic, I explained that this whole situation could be been avoided had he done the right thing to begin with. We learn from our mistakes and hopefully try to do better moving forward. I appreciate his willingness to do this.

I purchased a used 2018 BMW X3, and unfortunately, it did not come with the Apple CarPlay. My sales rep told me there would be an update at the end of the year, and I would be able to download it. After contacting BMW directly, they notified me since I didn't have the antenna already installed in the car, my vehicle would never be compatible with Apple CarPlay unless I went aftermarket. Thanks to Elite Motorsports, I now have Apple CarPlay, and I am so happy. Their staff was extremely professional, and I would recommend anyone else looking to install Apple CarPlay to use them. I have never gone anywhere else but Elite! I have an Audi A7 and they handle all the service on my car. I just took it there a week ago for service and my car has never driven better! Feels brand new all over… again. If you have an Audi and want the same service you would get at a dealership without all the service desk hype make an appointment at Elite you will not be disappointed!!!

I'm very lucky to finding Elite Motorsports my 2012 Audi a6 supercharged was destroyed by other mechanic shop then Elite towed my car start working on it they rebuilt the engine professionally neat and righty… way don’t hesitate to go there Kai and Sal very friendly they give you best advice and best option to fixing your car they’re specialized Audi Wv Mercedes BMW and other makes as well Im bringing them my work van next week. just go there and fixed your car the right way Thanks to KAI AND SAL😉ELITEMOTORSPORTS

This was my first experience with the shop, I am truly grateful for the team here. My Mini clubman had smoke coming out from the hood which a few weeks prior started as a burning smell which I thought was me just burning clutch, that wasn't the case. I took the car to 3 mechanics near me and the estimates varied greatly also the affected parts were different from each mechanic. I was referred to Elite through a good friend and brought the car in, car was ready in a few days, I was sent a detailed estimate via email (which is new to me) the car was throughly checked and the only thing the car

Elite Motorsports are the only mechanics on Long Island that I trust for repairs and performance upgrades. They are competent and reliable, and there is nothing that they can’t fix. My 04 Audi TT suffered a cracked engine block, Elite towed my car and replaced the engine. I had it back in a matter of days, and the car drives like its brand new. They have also done an excellent job with my APR ECU Tune and my turbo-back exhaust. Highly recommended.

Frank and the staff at Elite provide great customer service and great work. They did the tire install and alignment on my GTR. The wheels were in perfect condition after the install and the car handles as it should. I just recently had to have a tire replaced which they did for me as well for a more than fair deal. I can’t say enough good stuff about them. I highly recommend them.

I have been an Elite Motorsports customer since the first shop in Medford. Owning a business and having a small fleet of cars and trucks to maintain I only trust my vehicles to Elite. All the techs are knowledgeable, they have top notch equipment and most of all they get the job done right the first time. Wether it's rebuilding the engine on my 2009 Dodge Ram or on my VW Jetta. From tires breaks and countless full services on my F-450, they leave no stone unturned. This is a shop I trust. These are guys that stand behind their work. Warning. Avoid Elite Motorsports in Farmingdale they are a bunch of frauds. The owners Sal Valenti and Kai Kiryaman are disgusting, disgraceful and immoral. They hired a hack mechanic with no experience who picked up my truck with floor jacks and did frame damage. A four hour job turned into 5 day job with lame excuses and a coverup. Accidents happen people make mistakes but whats unacceptable is what happened after they damaged my vehicle. Instead of telling me what happened they attempted to straighten my vehicle out and cover up the damage they did to it. To make matters worse after I discovered

Excellent service. Pricing much better than dealer quote I received. They made some recommendations for my Audi TT and Car rides like its new now. Shop is very clean. Great place to bring your car to. Initially Kai told me my issue with my car was carbon build up in the intakes and estimated it to cost around 1000-1200. Turned out to be something else that was much less in price. He could have easily not been honest and just took my money. It's nice to know there are honest/ reliable shops out there. Will do business again. Thanks again for being a stand up company.

I bought a car from them sight unseen(out of state buyer). No worries though, they took excellent pictures and gave an honest description. Kai was very professional and has earned my trust. Second time going here! Great group of guys! First time going had to have a gasket changed! After leaving they informed me I had a leak in my header! I than proceeded to going to their location for a second time to have it fixed! The best... I got charged a half hour labor to have the Header welded!
No company on Longisland I've ever heard of doing such a respectful thing!

Not the same place it used to be. I used to go here confident that the advice on mods was accurate. Now you can no longer rely on anything they say.
When the only solution offered is to remove the mod they put in and told you it would be no problem. You know the mod you paid them to install.....
Went somewhere else were Your supported after the sale.
Sad this place used to be good.

Horrible experience. I went to this location for a reflash. To help with the emissions issue. They preformed the service but left the o2 sensors unplugged for some weird reason and they didn't properly gap the spark plugs. ???????
They were happy to take my money and try and charge me for extra things. I had to fight with them for issues on the receipt until they fixed it. Too much misinformation by the employees in the shop.
I have work orders to prove negligence. This caused a huge problem on my way home which caused my engine to fail.
I recommend everyone to stay away from this business

What a great group of talented people! Kai is a man of his word and honest as could be. After being at another "shop" that was looking to rip me off, I got my car out of there and brought it to Elite. It wound up being something small and fairly inexpensive ($1200). The other shop was looking to charge me $4400! Im very glad I found Elite motorsports to work on my Audi!

My go to place if I need a repair or service that is not covered by warranty or maintenance plan. Great service by knowledgeable staff. I have always been given realistic time frames for service to be completed, and if I have had to drop the car off communications have always been timely. And things have been consistent over the four or so years I've been coming to Elite. They are a great resource for repairs for your European or exotic car.

I have been to their shop almost a handful of times now and each time I leave a very happy customer. It's really hard to find a good performance shop now a days. Here at Elite they are very professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. They really take the time to explain issues with your car and if there isn't really an issue they aren't pressuring you on something else that they find "wrong or broken " they are very honest. The shop is so clean and the waiting lounge is really comfy. Car always goes in clean and out clean and running 10x better than how it went in

What a great team to work with. I was looking to get a software upgrade done to my 2016 SQ5 and they just happened to be one of the dealers on the software co. website. Gave them a call and they actually spent time with me on the phone explaining to me what gets done and what to expect. No oversell - just the facts. Did a stage 1 upgrade and loved it. A few weeks later called about stage 2. Again - great results. They are a real pleasure to work with, really know their cars, and get it done right.

I have been working on vehicles of all sorts since my teens. Unfortunately I never excelled in Audi computer work. That's where Elite comes in. For me it was a simple tune injectors and springs but these guys know their work inside and out. Joe in the office was extremely helpful in getting my list done to the T and he did everything he could to help with the cost. I have three kids so it's tough to get work done and I can leave you all with this. Elite is professional, honest,customer friendly and prompt to completion. Thanks to all at the shop. !!! Hats off to Elite. The premier Long Island Audi and more shop. Place is classy, spotless, and they are super knowledgable. I needed a new key for my Audi A4 and they obtained it, programmed it and gave me an oil change while I was there and checked out all my systems. They did a fabulous job and saved me a ton of money. Much less than the dealer and all while I waited in their beautiful showroom/waiting room.
They also did an exhaust install on my Audi S8 and again top notch along with an APR Tune all while I waited. These guys are great and I look forward to using them to maintain all my Audi
