I needed a service and I called, but the lady who answered was very disrespectful and unprofessional, but at that time I needed the service and it was the only option i had, when I arrived at the place I was treated with a bad attitude and unprofessional,then "she did service babbling" but when I checked, they did not send me the information they should have sent, they have a lot to learn about how to treat their customers.
If they don't want to deal with clients then they should look for a different job, also it's something they get paid for.

Called just a few minutes ago to inquire about the cost for coolant flush. First, no introduction and I am asked what I am doing the coolant flush for "a plane?" Not professional at all to be snide in your question to a potential customer. Secondly, I was told "I won't do it" (coolant flush) on a 2014 Q50 with just under 60k miles. Treat people with respect and leave your attitude at home. If you let me explain why I wanted to do the coolant flush you would have probably agreed. Just my two cents.

Rav’s the most honest mechanic I’ve come across.....my snowplow trucks brakes went in the middle of a storm and he got me back out as fast as he could. He knew I was desperate and could of taken advantage of the situation but he didn’t. And for that, I’ll be a lifelong customer.

I brought my Nissan here to get new tires I had purchased myself, mounted and balanced. I’m extremely picky on where I get work done on my car, but I immediately felt comfortable when I walked into the shop. The staff is very friendly, down to earth, and professional. The shop itself is state of the art and extremely clean. The prices are fair, straightforward, and there is absolutely no pressure or nickel-and-diming! I was quoted a price and that is exactly what I paid. The work itself was quick but not rushed. I was more impatient to get my car done than the staff; they really took the time

This is one the best auto repair shops in Long Island. I come all the way from queens to get my repairs and inspections done here. The owner Ravi and the staff are extremely accommodating and straight to business to get things going . The prices are VERY reasonable and the work is amazing. I never had a problem , and the staff works with you. I highly recommend this auto shop. Plus there's cool things near by to do if u need to wait, and there's an air conditioned waiting room with beverages!!! Very welcoming.

Let me first say "I am not a car guy!" I own 4 trucks and 2 buses
I kind of got stuck and fell into this place and I am loving them there....
One of my old RV trucks was giving me hell and between Rav working on the carburetor(very old school) and the camper place next door??? I could not be happier!!!
Prices seem better than most places I go without a relationship....
repairs and service seem impeccable. Prices ok but i do hope to get better with more business. Appreciate the heads up but from what I see they are a keeper.

I've been using Rav for 3 years now. I never Lease, so its important to have a trustworthy mechanic. I searched a while for a mechanic since moving homes. And I found my spot at Rav's. He's a very nice guy & has quoted me much better pricing then others. Now that I only use him...he's been extremely good.

Ravi (the owner) tried charging me $80 for a synthetic oil change, saying however many quarts of it cost that 20 years ago when he worked at a Mobil station. Luckily I'm a car guy and know that's NOT the case. Genuine Mazda approved oil is only $40~ or so an oil change. Not only that, but after I got him to charge me a lesser $40 and he apologized for a "miscommunication" he told me I needed my cabin and engine filters replaced soon. Guess he didn't notice the fact that I replaced the cabin filter MYSELF two months ago. I even checked it, it was perfectly fine. Don&apos

My girlfriend and I brought her car for a simple plug since she had a flat in her back right tire.
Needless to say they helped us out right away which was great.
But when it came time for the bill, the Trinidadian/Guyanese guy said it was $15! I told my girlfriend and even she was surprised. I was shocked as just a mile away from here there's a mechanic that did it for $7.
If that's what they're charging for a simple plug to a flat, I don't want to know how much I would be screwed on a major job.
But don't just take my advise for it!

This man is not honest. He acts like your best friend but he is just sneaky. He actually yelled at me for questioning the type of brake fluid he used in draining my brakes. The mechanic told me one type dot 3 and he told me Dot 4 and then got angry and cursed at me for asking the question. They gave me my car back after bleeding the brakes without telling me that they broke off one of the bleed screws. My car was dangerous to drive and I got a ticket for going thru a red light because I couldn't stop. I found the broken bleed screw when I went to do the work myself. I asked him repeatedly

Absolute best shop to go to. The owner Rav is honest and caring when it comes to taking care of you and your cars needs. Either Rav or Bob take care of my car all of the time. I have had oil changes, adjustments, tail lights repaired and the computer checked out (Suzuki finally came out with the recall on that issue). Both men are very knowledgeable and all around great people. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my car. (And he has great prices too!)
