Katie Fischer was conscientious and detail driven in our recent home sale. As we were out of state sellers, we had to rely on her judgement and follow-through with regards to the property. Additionally, she pitched in, and helped clean out belongings that the buyer did not want to have. She communicated regularly, and kept us updated on all aspects of the sale.

Our review is a little different, since we have worked with Margie as the landlady of our store in Lake Placid. For two years, Margie has responded quickly to our every need related to our store. Any concerns we had with the building were quickly remedied, typically within hours. She has always been fair and generous. Now we are purchasing the building from her and we can say she has been helpful with every step of the process. Thank you Margie for everything and for sending business our way, as well!

We were very satisfied with Beth Hall. She was very professional and had a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry which is unique in the Adirondack. She showed us many homes. Beth always returns calls, emails or text quickly. Helped us all the way through the process. She handled the negotiations swiftly, secured all third-party help needed, and even recommended contractors to the property ahead of close to help us with some remodel questions.
