I have only words of praise for Bob and my only regret I have is that I did not listen to him 6 months ago and waited for the prices to go up. He offered excellent advice, answered every question and helped me make informed decisions. I liked his professionalism, immediate responses and knowledge of the local real estate. He made me navigate with ease during the process of buying a second home in an area that I liked very much, but did not know anybody . He was always there to recommend the right people when I need it.

When you work with Bob, you quickly realize his expertise in the Lake Placid real-estate market. Bob gives good advice and is very attentive to his clients' requirements and needs. He was informative about the area, the process, and extremely helpful in providing resources and names for contacts in the village, country, and local businesses for someone moving into the area. Bob took over our property following transfer of our prior realtor. He was able to go back to the clients who had made a prior offer and we couldn't agree on a price. He went back to them and we were able to agree. Very professional but kind, likeable and sooo helpfuL. I have sold many properties over the years and Bob is the best realtor yet!
