I went to Volkswagen in West Islip a few days ago and had the best experience with PABLO. I needed to turn in my leased car and get two new SUVs to lease. He was so helpful and made the experience so easy and wonderful. If anyone needs to lease or buy a new car Pablo is the guy to go to for an easy and fair deal! I will definitely be going back in the future.

Shopping for a new car is typically a dreaded process. Fortunately for us, we were pleasantly surprised with a good experience at Volkswagen of west Islip. Greg was our salesman. He was not pushy or misleading. It was a breathe of fresh air to do business with a man that was direct and eager to accommodate us. Additionally, their banker was professional and offered recommendations instead of pushing additional sales. We left with the car we were looking for and at a very fair price.

We went in looking for a specific car and Pablo was able to assist us in every concern we had from beginning to end. We came in with our toddler and he made the process smooth and as quick as possible. He was straight forward and courteous.
