I'm From Upstate, NY. Found a 2016 Chevy Trax online at the right price at Drive Auto Sales in Bay Shore, NY on Long Island. I dealt with a gentleman named Rafi and drove down to buy the car and drive it back to Upstate. Everything seemed normal, except the tire pressure monitor system was on when I left and when I got home I noticed a nail in the front tire. In addition, after visiting my local service center upon arriving home, there was a very small crank in an engine part called the "water outlet". I don’t have the best credit in the world and I was afraid that I would never be able to finance a car. I went to several car dealerships on the island and felt pressured and uncomfortable the entire time. I came across this place while doing some research and decided to give it a shot. I applied for finance and got approved the next day. Rafi worked with me and handled all my documents he answered all my questions through phone and text. Walked in to this dealership last week and got my self a new Jeep. Rafi was really helpful and even though I have been working on my credit they got me approved and in my new ride in no time.
