I had a recent problem with my CPU overheating and believed it to be the water pump not working. The guys here took a look confirmed my problem. I provided them a new AIO water cooler which they installed for me. I used to be pretty proficient with Computers. But technology progressed faster than me. Hired "Fix My PC" to transfer my files from my old computer to a new one. After leaving the computers for service, they called and suggested I "update" my brand new computer for $69. Fine. DON'T EVER go here! Just look at all the bad reviews about them! I brought in a friends laptop to get repaired. This person gave it to me to see if I could fix it. I could not so I brought it to this store for them. First, I was told I would get a call back within 48 hrs. I didn't. I had to call THEM to check up on the status. When I picked it up (it was in a box) I didn't realize the charger wasn't in there. After I gave it back to my friend, he asked about the charger. Horrible, not only was the service and communication bad but they misdiagnosed my computer and I was suggested to just get a new laptop since they quoted me nearly $500 to repair the screen and "damaged RAM" which was not damaged after I brought it to another computer repair shop to diagnose it.

Terrible! I took a laptop in to have the cooling fan replaced. They said 3-5 days. After a month of no calls and missed promises from my inquiries, I finally got my unit back. Yes, they finally replaced the fan, but now I have horizontal stripes running across the screen, that were not there before. They were unapologetic.

Ok I dropped my tablet off on a tue and I was told it would be fixed my Fri or Sat that I would get a call about it. Well one week goes by nothing. So I call them. Told me it was not done and that it had a lot of damage and that they needed more time. Ok fine one more week goes by I hear nothing again from them. AVOID THIS PLACE unless of course you want to get ripped off!! I took my PC in about a year ago for a boot up issue. After inspection/diagnostic ($40) I was told the motherboard was fried and I needed a new one. The total cost $380 for parts and labor, BUT if I brought them the part the labor would be $170. I take it back in with the newly purchased motherboard and was told that since I purchased the part they wouldn't guarantee their work and I should now let them source the part. This is a very dishonest and poorly run business. All the reviews I'm reading are the same as my issue. I dropped my computer off so they could repair an issue with the wireless mouse. Didn't hear back from the for 3 days. I called and let them know I think I knew what the prom was because I tested the wireless mouse on another computer I have at home and it didn't work so I connected a wired and it worked. Using the internet and self help tools from Dell, I had self diagnosed that the problem was a motherboard failure. I told that to the tech, and indicated that I would have the motherboard repaired if the costs weren't too high. Was advised that I had a top end chip (i7) and it would be worth fixing. A few hours later they confirmed the motherboard was bad but said that it would cost $500 for a new board plus $179 labor, more than a cost of a new PC.
So, I wasted $40.

Literally the most useless place I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I bought parts to build a computer but were having trouble with booting it up. We brought it here hoping a pc repair store could help us figure out the issue--they told us everything we already knew and offered to buy a higher power source. It took 2 days for a diagnostics and the third day we stopped in to pick up the graphics card and was asked: "why don't you just take all of these parts back, since they're new, and exchange them?" ok that is not what we wanted to do at all but we ended up taking the computer

So I'm in orlando visiting my sister and dropped my phone in the toilet (iphone5) I hesitated a few seconds because well , it's in the toilet . Seriously, we had a fried hard drive, so I specifically asked them "please get my wife's pictures off of the hard drive. Two trips later, they tell me they are unable to get the pictures off.....but not before telling me that it would cost extra for them to extract the pics.

I brought my Asus k53s in to Brian and Andrew about 6 months ago when i first moved back to Florida because it needed to have the power jack resoldered onto the mainboard. I'm no slouch when it comes to fixing my own computers, but years of amphetamine use has left me with an inability to hold my hands steady enough to solder.
