Apparently, they turn you away if you're a little late for your initial appointment, even though the referral concern is ADHD/anxiety/depression. This makes no sense.

I really like my providers here, but calling every month to remind someone to send my script to the pharmacy is getting really old. My insurance requires a monthly authorization, so the office has to go through them. And of course when I call, they say they have to contact them because they haven't yet. I keep thinking that it's just a "fluke" every time, but apparently I have to call a week in advance so I don't run out of my controlled script for 1-2 weeks. I shouldn't have to do this, especially with a controlled substance.

Dr. Voltan,
If I ever see you again, I hope it’s in a position in which our roles are reversed. I hope you are sitting there in need of my help, desperate, looking for someone with the knowledge and expertise to help you through one of your most difficult and trying times of your life. I hope in that instance I am able to help, because if I can I will. I will not take that opportunity to look down at you as you did to me today, I will do everything in my power to be useful and helpful. In my life I will never take a hippocratic oath but I pray that in that position I will be a better man than

Positive: Communication
I've been seeing Dr Voltin a little less than 10 years. He has been great!!! Maybe even saved my life, considering how I felt the day I walked into his office. Great staff as well! Haven't had a single issue with Psycare the entire time.
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Saw Dr. Wehrle for PTSD after a pretty bad car accident I was in. It took me a long time to even drive myself after it. Now I can, but I get panic attacks during certain situations. I waited to be seen for almost an hour, and spent no more than 5 minutes with her. She was dismissive and rude, and quite frankly didn’t seem to care at all. She did not help me with my issue one bit.

I have been going to this establishment for several years now. I really admire that Dr. Russ Voltin is always prompt and on schedule and treats me as if I have a life other than waiting to see doctors. He noticed on my very first visit that I have a need for the medication Klonopin. It was winter and I was pouring sweat from my nerves being bad. My previous Dr. (Robert C Byrd behavioral health) had accused me of abusing Klonopin because I called in for a refill too soon. They dismissed me without even any meds to taper off. I had been taking Klonopin since I was 25 and I was about 38 when I was

Dr. Dreyer is an amazing psychologist. I’m so lucky to have found him. I’ve been seeing him for over a decade and at first I didn’t want to talk at all, and he just let me sit there. He didn’t force conversation or anything. I think that was important. Now I ramble about everything....I feel sorry for him sometimes during our sessions lol. He’s a good person. Dr. Dan has helped as well. Two completely different personalities but the combination I believe was key in getting me through some tough times. I’m grateful to them. Office staff is always welcoming and kind.

First time going to this office for a psychiatrist, saw Amy Wehrle, she was very rude, inconsiderate and thinks she knows it all. I've previously been diagnosed with panic attacks, major depressive disorder and PTSD. My previous Dr had me on 2 mg of xanax a day and she says no one can need more than 1 xanax every 2-3 weeks so take my last 3 expired ones over the next mo. Obviously she has a perfect life and thinks everyone else should too. No medication for me for panic attacks and I let her know should anything happen to me she's gonna be held responsible for not taking time to listen or care

It would not be fair for me to leave a 1 star review due to the fact that my only experience with this facility was the initial phone call. It took a lot for me to reach the point that I was ready to call and make an appointment to see a mental health specialist. The receptionist was nice enough. I asked if they were accepting new patients and she asked about what insurance I had to which she said they accepted and then forwarded me to the intake coordinator, Annette. Keep in mind that I am dealing with some intense anxiety and am just looking to get in the door. From the moment she answered her

This place fails to keep their word. As of last week, I called on Monday and was told that I would hear back by the weeks end for an appointment for intake that would be two weeks out. Nothing! By Friday, I emailed about this and have heard nothing. I am a behavioral health professional myself so I understand time frames and their importance. This is ridiculous. I am thoroughly annoyed and no longer interested in obtaining treatment at this facility.

I have been going to this office for many years now and have had a wonderful experience with the Doctors and my Therapist. When I first started to see Dr. Voltin I was spiraling down word fast and he got me stable to were I can live life again. Christi Florez has helped me with a lot of break through's. The only bad thing to say is that if it wasn't for the fact that the Doctors and Therapists have brought me so far I would have left along time ago. The staff is rude and inconsiderate and incompetent at their jobs. They are no help what so ever. It used to be worse and it has gotten better with
