I had a tenant who refused all communications after occupying my property, including from the professional management company that was hired, and stopped paying rent the 2nd month they moved in.
Craig responded to me right away and has been on top of things since he took the case. He is very professional, and right to the point, provides good advises when I asked for them, he communicates effectively on my behalf, and took proper actions as necessary. His secretary Camille is always attentive and together, they helped me to resolve the case in just about 2 months, during Covid-19!

Helped make the process of buying our first house very simple, helped resolve a complex oil tank issue at the house we were buying, and negotiated a favorable post-closing escrow.
