Staff is rude, inconsiderate, and give the MRDD a bad name they are so incompetent. Didn't think "professionals" could be so bad. Well I guess if they actually knew what they were doing they would be in a hospital setting. Staff RN's here are "no hero's".
Food is horrible. Facility is dirty, staff regularly assaults patients.
Patients are not allowed out of his/her room. Patients are routinely busy for a scheduled visit from friends.
I would rather have someone I love live in a gutter, than place them here.

My mom had great care during her stay. From the time she arrived to the time she was discharged safely home, everyone assisted her. Thank you to the helpful nurses and aides. They made sure to keep myself and my other family involved with her care. When she was at the hospital, one of their staff members came and saw us and provided us with information. We were really impressed with the room. It had a fridge and a huge walk in shower. The therapy team worked with her a lot and even took her to her house and did some therapy there. Everyone that we ran into was very helpful. I would highly recommend

My wife had a recent stay at Arlington Court. She enjoyed excellent nursing care and physical therapy. She went to several of the activities that were going on around the building. The food was good and she was able to choose what she wanted to eat each day. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

My grandmother was transferred here after having hip surgery and we are extremely upset and disappointed with the care, or rather lack of care, that she has received at Arlington Court. They didn’t wash any of her clothes so she could be in something clean, but they kept her in dirty, soiled pants. They told us that they wash laundry every day which is a lie because we found a garbage bag in her room full of urine and fece soaked clothes from who knows how long. She also has tons of bed sores on her back side that look extremely inflamed and untreated. They left her in poopy clothes and made

My mom has been there for a bit. Since she arrived the staff has changed numerous times nurses aids and there have been 3 administrators. I feel this is one of the better facilities shes been in but there are concerns. Dining room: the nurses are unavailable to take care of patients during meal times because they are required to serve meals drinks and then do all the clean up. I undetstand one nurse for Emergency purposes but to serve and clean is why u have kitchen staff or volunteers. Nurses need to be taking care of patients. Its a nursing home people need care. I have seen a lot of people with

I do not recommend Arlington court. Many mishaps, not enough staff. They lost all of my sisters clothing, her purse with ID birth certificate. Her glasses, & two sets of dentures. She had many falls which resulted in broken wrists twice, stitches above her eye. She was independent when she arrived and went completely downhill resulting in death. I must say she had many health issues but the nurses and aides do not keep a close enough eye on patients. Many times they would find her laying on the floor from falling out of bed. They made it sound as if she put herself there.....here we are 11 months

My mom has been to 3 other nursing homes in the Columbus area and all have negative aspects with staff to varying degrees. What sets Arlington apart is the facility which is immaculate. There are private rooms with no room sharing which is huge. My mom loves it and I have found the staff to be pleasant, professional and attentive so far.

My mother was transferred here for rehabilitation on her left knee towards the end of 2016 and as a very caring family, we of course were scared about how she would be treated at a nursing facility. However, there was never a night that I couldn't sleep or a time that I felt she was not being cared for at this facility. Staff is always ready to help whenever it is needed. Whenever mom would need something, they never had a problem helping. She was very happy here and never claimed that she was bored because they had ongoing activities that she could choose to participate in daily. They have the

Amazing staff! Arlington Court takes pride in caring for my mother and providing not only wonderful care, but a place that feels like home for her. We have experienced other places in the surrounding Columbus area and nothing tops the attention and skill that we get from Arlington Court. I would, and I do recommend this place to anyone. They have made a very unfortunate situation much easier for my family.

Excellent place for our loved ones. I had experiences with many nursing homes, this is the best one. The patient nurse ratio is good and they give good care. My dad is being taken good care of and he is very happy. My family and I couldn't be happier with the care.
