I just completed a 3 week stay at Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital. I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. The nursing staff, medical staff, and therapy staff are all top notch. I especially want to give tremendous kudos to my Occupational Therapist, Liz, and my Physical Therapist, Madeline. I have lymphedema, which is a condition that is generally seen in women with breast cancer. I know this is where I needed to be. The hospital is clean and comfortable. It helped my healing. The nurses and staff have been good. Therapy was wonderful. The doctors were on top of my medications and helped me to find pain relief. I experienced symptoms that they could help me resolve.
I am glad to go home and I am glad I came to Reunion for rehab. Last but not least, I would come back if I ever need therapy.

The hospital is clean. Nursing and therapy staff are professional with great skill sets. Their knowledge with a burn patient was excellent. Wound care was top notch. They pushed me to get better but not to hard to where I couldn't complete the goals. Their ability to put up with my banter and laugh and joke made me feel human.

Be financially prepared to order all your meals through a delivery service. Their kitchen doesn't know how to respond to requests that don't include beef or pork. The nutritionist either doesn't know nutrition or is not in control of what the kitchen actually prepares. It's not healthy and even food allergies are ignored. UPDATE: The response from Erika Kaye below is pure hogwash. My daughter contacted her during my stay and she indicated she would come see me while I was there. She was a no show. Platitudes and posturing but zero action. You make all the nurses and therapists do the heavy lifting

When I came in I was not walking and it took 3 people to move me. 3 weeks later, I am walking, feeding myself, and transferring myself. This all happened in a 3 week period. I contribute this to my PT Miss Rose and her help and OT Miss Katherine and all her help. All of the CNAs and Nurses who took care to wash my face, and feed me and dressed me. I cannot say enough how highly I think of everyone. I pray I gave them as much as they gave me. They all touched my heart. God Bless you all.

This place is so efficient it was almost overwhelming at times, but only because everyone is so on top of what they do. My therapists Duke and Brook were always on time, very knowledgeable, and they worked me hard. They really knew how to get the job done, and were always smiling. The nurses, even the ones at night, were so caring and good to me, I can't even pick a favorite. Everyone at Reunion was helpful and always available to help. I could barely move an inch before somone ran in making sure I had everything I needed. These people are just top notch.

When I first came in here, my left hand was out of control. I couldn't hold anything or use it at all, now it's so much better. I've made so much progress. I could barely walk and I've got a little pep in my step! These people are second to none, serving the patients, bend over backwards to do whatever you need. Wonderful people. Sarah the nurse is so wonderful; gosh she is always so great. You don't even have to ask her to do anything. She is encouraging, patient, and kind. My therapists always want to know if they can do anything more for me. Khadija and Alexa do a marvelous job getting any problem

Very informative, they educated me on the parts of the brain and why I'm experiencing the symptoms I have from my stroke. The therapists are wonderful, so helpful, great listeners, and knowledgeable. Maggie, Mikayla, and Diana worked me very hard. The nursing team was also so good. I don't know much about strokes, but I know I don't want another one. If I need more rehab, I'd come back to Reunion Rehab Denver for certain!

Third Times a Charm
This is my third time at Reunion Hospital. The staff is all great. The nursing staff is outstanding. The therapist are outstanding. The first time, I fell and screwed up my shoulder getting ready to go fishing....never made it. My shoulder is better. Then I fell off my ATV. I needed rehab again. Reunion has done a good job at getting me healed. I don't want to have to come back. But if anyone needs rehab they should come here.
