My experience was very pleasant. Saw the property posting online, applied via website. I was contacted by Gayle that same day where she informed me I had been pre-approved. She scheduled a showing within 2 days. We were signing paperwork and settled before the end of the week.

Gayle and her assistant were very unprofessional. I called in regards to a duplex, spoke to Gayles assistant because Gayle was on vacation. After going online filling out the application and paying there application fee, I NEVER heard from Gayle or her assistant. I called multiple times and left messages. I never received a call back or an email in regards to the rental property. Maybe my economic status wasn’t enough for her to respond and let me know I was denied ( for whatever reason) I will never go through LGL properties again. I don’t recommend this company. Definitely not a good look

I was considering a short sale for my Elk Grove house when I came across Gayle. She specializes in rental homes in Sacramento area and she convinced me that a better option would be to rent out my house and save for retirement.

I give my highest recommendation of Gayle Lake of LGL Properties as an excellent property manager. I engaged the services of Gayle's company to act as my managing agent for the units under my jurisdiction as a court Receiver. Many of the 80+ Sacramento rental homes were either vacant or non-paying and almost all of them were in sub-standard, dilapidated condition.
The fact that Ms. Lake took on this challenging responsibility was in itself commendable, but her commitment to do a good job went far beyond that. Her 'hands on' style of management, including direct and continual contact with tenants

Gayle is the best realtor and property manager. She is very responsive and thorough. I have worked with a few realtors for some real estate transactions before meeting her and none of them came close to her standards. She helped me work out a deal in a short-sale transaction which saved me $10K. Impressed with her quality, I also asked her to be my rental property manager.
One thing I'd like to note is that she is particularly easy to get in touch via emails. Her response time via email is typically less than 1 hour.
