Depression is serious and very common. You are not alone. Depression is a medical condition. It affects mental and physical health, can harm professional and personal relationships, and can even. That means that you should still be following any shelter-in-place orders in your community. But when you're venturing out to the grocery store, pharmacy or hospital, it's wise to wear.

The scheduling department is very very rude and needs to be fired. I have never in my life been talked to like I was of no importance and hung up on because I was 16 minutes late. I would have been here on time at 8 had the place
given me the address to come to. Even when I called to let them know I had gone to the wrong place and was redirected by another facility to their address they were not understanding at all. Straight up told me that if I wasn’t there by 815 then I would have to reschedule. Not once was that lady be nice to me and I am confused
Upset and was sent into a panic attack

This place employs a bait and stitch. Had to make an appointment a month out, and when I get there, they tell me that they don't accept my insurance. You dont get seen by a doctor when you go. Apparently you "have to see a counselor first, then you get an appointment to see a doctor." Its over $100 for each of these visits. Then, you HAVE to see a therapist regularly, which is almost another $100 each time. This place is absolutely ridiculous and seems only interested in making as much money as they can off of people who are just trying to get help.will not return and will dissuade anyone from

Have been going there for 10 years. Wonderful caring staff. I see Dr Davis and my son and husband Dr Fox. My only complaint is the long wait times, but I blame that more on how many people that need help and how few options we have here for mental health. And the fact that if you are struggling they absolutely will run over times by a few minutes to make sure you are getting what you need

This place epitomizes backwoods Mississippi. It is in a run down shack with a sign that is peeling and unreadable. The staff are unbelievably ignorant. For some reason known only to them, they are the only clinic in the world to require you to present not only a birth certificate but also a social security card. Even if you know the social security number, AND you have your processed 2013 tax return where the IRS accepted it and the social security number. Last i checked the IRS was a government agency. They have absolutely no sense, common or otherwise. Stay far far away.

Very punitive and toxic environment to work. Upper management needs psychotherapy themselves. Co-workers are AWESOME.
This is not a place for long-term, unless you enjoy verbal and mental abuse. Working here is like being in a bad relationship that you cannot escape.
Gain your experience and move on!

I took my son there and completed the intake. I decided to take him elsewhere and didn't go back. A year-and-a-half later I get a $475 bill, because the counselor, without any invite from or notice to me, saw him at school six months ago?!? Over a YEAR after we stopped going?!? Children's Services says, "Talk to billing." Billing says, "Talk to Children's Services."
