It really was a pleasure working with Bob. He looked far and wide, and dug deep to find the best options for me when I was facing wreckless driving that involved alcohol, eluding, totalling my car, and fleeing the scene. I honestly was expecting the worst. But after reading about Bob and his past cases, he seemed like the best fit. He is passionate about what he does and his name is only half the story. Bob has worked as my Attorney in several cases and each time the results have been far better than I expected. An aggressive prosecutor once tried to overcharge me with a Felony but as soon as Bob walked in the courtroom you could see their mood change. By the time we left the court I had no Felony charges and got unsupervised probation for 6 months. I made a mistake and Bob was not going to let that mistake destroy my life. I use Bob back in 2008 on a BS charge in VA for speeding on I95. (I live in Florida) Bob was quick to respond to my inquiry of hiring him and he handled my case promptly and excellent. I did not even have to appear and he had it reduced to a defective equipment charge. Fast Fwd to today in 2018 I am going through a high security background check and I could not find this case information. I reached out to the firm and Bob again responded immediately by phone and then e-mailed me my case information 10 years later!!! I am impressed and I highly recommend this man!

Hired Bob Battle to fight a charge in Henrico County for a DUI which can not only carry harsh penalties, but can be very expensive as well. I travel for my job and there was no way I could loose my license for any period of time regarding work. I met with Mr. Battle and he went over his presentation of my case and I was immediately convinced that this is the attorney I want in my corner! Mr. Battle should be "your" choice if you are ever charged with a DUI/DWI. My charge was dismissed with the expertise and knowledge that Bob Battle brought to the courtroom. Worth every $$$$$$$
