Where to begin...DO NOT RENT FROM OR USE REAL ESTATE 1 FOR A SINGLE THING. They will take your money, not do the job, and then look at you funny for being reasonably upset. You will question your sanity if you use this company. Left will be right, you'll be wrong, and suddenly you'll realize you have no money. It'll be sitting in RE1's bank account. This company reminds me of any Jeffrey Epstein story I've ever heard ever. Morals? None. Read literally any review ever written on any website ever created, and if you still want to do business with them then Godspeed, bite the pillow, and get ready

This is, hands down, the absolute worst company I have the displeasure of dealing with in this town. They do not care whatsoever for the tenants, who pay a premium, and they turn every single issue back onto the renters. The only reason anyone has anything to do with them is that they have a monopoly in this town and we are stuck with the devil that we know. If you have the opportunity then please go somewhere else; if you don’t, then I am so sorry for you.

I rented from these people and when we tried to move in the house was literally filthy and we were expected to clean the entire house, it took over half of our day. We tired to call the agency and they were unhelpful and rude when we asked simple questions about our rental property. They never get back to you in a timely manor and when they do the answer are usually unhelpful. I would rather buy a van and live in it before renting from these people again. They buy all these properties and take advantage of college students who are in desperate need of affordable housing.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY! I recently moved from one of these rentals and it was a giant mess. For starters, my place was dirty when I moved in. There was dirt all over the floor, the drip pans on the stove were dirty, and whenever I tried to use the oven it smelled like something was burning when I turned it on. The bathroom had rust on the metal accessories and there were water spots on the ceiling from not having a fan in the bathroom. The fridge was ancient, my boyfriend did some digging and found out it was from the 50's. Which meant the oven was also really old, as it NEVER cooked my food

My family and I have been renting from Real Estate One since I had my 2nd baby. And when we signed our very first lease with them 4 years ago with Kathy at the office we felt welcomed. And all the ladies there were so sweet! They loved on my kids and they were so sweet they took the time to actually get to know us. It wasn’t a landlord who jus wanted your money! It was a place where they wanted to know about you. And wanted to make sure the rental was suitable for you! I absolutely adore Sandy, Kathy, and Julie! They helped us get our foot into a bigger apartment for my family. Still through

If i could use Zero stars I would. The absolute WORST place to rent in Laramie. They wont fix anything when you request it, they will use the already damaged items against you, and the people who work their are super incompetent. This is all such a pity because they list some nice places at a good price. But it is not worth it as you will be frustrated the whole way.
