Kim is AMAZING!!!! It was my first time buying a house and as everyone knows that can be rather intimidating and scary. Kim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. She was always quick to answer all of my questions. She made herself available to me so that I may ask any questions and I always felt supported. Kim helped me find the perfect house. She was always very supportive about my preferences and never pushed me to look at something that I wouldn’t want. Kim is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I really can’t say enough good

Walt Hammontree helped me sell my mother’s house in Prairie’s Edge. He was professional, highly responsive, and brought a tremendous amount of expertise and insight. I was especially impressed at how he investigated the nuances of the neighborhood, as my mother owned the house, but leased the land. At every turn, he tempered my questions and concerns with thoughtful, rationale responses. To be sure, I never had a doubt that he represented me and my interests. I've been meaning to leave this review for a long time. Walt helped us find a house when we moved from the midwest. Moving and buying a house is stressful and he really made the event fun. We only had one weekend to look, and he stuck with us all day and half of the next day to find something in our price range. He's non-judgmental and really a lot of fun to hang out with! Also, the other staff at Hammontree real estate are awesome. Lisa helped with all of the paperwork, explaining everything in a really friendly way.
