Used them a year ago and gave 5 stars. Used them again 10/24/21 and I'd give em 10 stars. Ray was super nice, helpful, courteous, and really had a great demeanor overall. He asked us why our vehicle wasn't running, and offered to jump it for us since his truck had more power than anything we would've had on hand. He dropped the vehicle right where we wanted it. Provided us w some other helpful info (cant rem what it was). I offered him a tip and he declined it in exchange for letting his office know I appreciated his services. Wasn't that cool!? Garbage place to use over priced..BILLS Towing is Better for shops..goode towing aka wolfsmans dont give auto repair discounts to auto Repair business for towing needs..goode towing wants money right away..Bills towing told me me no problem..I will bill you..pay us later..I have a auto repair Business since 1997

Goode Towing picked up my car and took it to their Belton facility. I called to make sure they would be open so I could get some things out of my car, and was told they are open until 5:00 pm. I arrived at their facility at 4:34 pm, and the gate was closed. I called again, and a very rude woman on the phone told me that I had to give them a one hour notice. I explained that I HAD called to let them know I was coming after work to get my things, and she told me I'd have to wait for an hour. So, here I sit, at an unattended lot, with my car 50 feet away, and no one to help me except a very rude

I give them one star ONLY because I have to. They say they are a Christian company, and that is a lie!!! They could not get their stories straight on how much the cost of a tow would be, and every single time they would up the price. The only reason we had to use them was not by choice but because that's what the city of belton uses in the case of an automobile accident. Long story short, they are a terrible company with absolutely no professionalism. I'm sorry for anybody who ever has to use them, on purpose or on accident.
