The process of consultation to first day of treatment was easy. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Not sure what happened after that. All I can say is the way to keep patients and obtain new ones is to maintain that level of friendliness and respect that was given when you were trying to get them to use your services. You cannot say everything you feel to your patients. You cannot display nonchalant attitudes even if you’re having a bad day.
