I came in for my appointment at 4:00 got my x-rays done, talked to Taylor about my options and she gave very detailed information & got my braces the same day!! the staff has amazing energy as a whole and i love the environment! Ty applied my braces and was so sweet and informative!! Dr. Made was also amazing and funny 😂 i 10/10 recommend making this your orthodontist!

I love this place! I have been taking my daughter here for almost a year and a half and we both love it! The people there are always really nice! I have a really busy life and they help me remember all of my appointments and everything. One of my favorite orthodontist is Thy, she is always really nice and gentle! She always tries her best to make us feel really comfortable. She has a lot of experience and she knows what she’s doing! The place also looks clean and fancy! I definitely recommend it!

This is hands down the BEST orthodontist we have ever been to! Amber walked us through the whole braces process & gave so much info, she is a ball of fresh air !! My daughter was able to get her braces same day (getting them as I type this) Andrea explained what she was doing and why and is so nice ! Dr. Horsey is absolutely amazing & answered all questions! They are all very knowledgeable, have been making us feeling so comfortable through out this whole process. The care and atmosphere is so amazing , just overall an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The staff was very patient and friendly. I was nervous to get braces the but the staff explained everything that they were doing every step of the way and checked in with me to make sure I was okay during the installation of my braces. I truly appreciate this office and the work that they do. I highly recommend this orthodontist office for anyone seeking braces! 👍🏾

Wow! I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Horsey and his staff. I’ve been fortunate to be a patient there since 2018 and they have always been attentive, lighthearted and always fun! Recently changed their appointment structure - used to be able to schedule appointments around my work schedule. Was informed that my child's braces can ONLY be removed at 8:30 am (my workday starts at 9 am). I now have to choose between the braces coming off or potentially losing my job because (according to my employer) there's "no reason I should need to take additional time off since I have afternoons free."

Dr. Horsey and his team are absolutely AMAZING! When I first went in for a consultation, I met with Melissa and Dr. Horsey himself to discuss the best braces option for me. I wanted to get braces what weren't too noticeable (I was in undergrad at the time). We were able to make an appointment soon after to get the braces on. They explained everything really well to me and provided everything i needed in order to keep my braces clean and hygienic. I have to say, Tara is my FAVORITE technician! She is always in such a great mood and super friendly.

I was excited about the removal of my braces Feb 2016. Once the swelling of my gums went down I noticed that there were spaces and I still have a slight over bite. I have spoken with Dr. Horsey and he just continues to tighten up my retainer and suggested I wear it all day. It has been 8 months and I still have the spaces in addition to that it is very uncomfortable to try to talk at work with a retainer in my mouth. I have gotten 2 other opinions and both orthodontics agreed that there was an over bite and I would need braces again. I suggested permanent retainers because my daughter got

As an adult getting braces I was self concious about a bunch of metal being the first thing people noticed, but after my consultation with Dr. Horsey I was convinced that Incognito braces were the way to go. Our son received braces in January and it's been a great experience so far. Both my husband and I had adult braces so we can relate to some of the temporary discomfort and eating behavior changes required. (Braces are a commitment!) Dr. Horsey and his entire staff set our son's expectations on what his accountabilities were and how to take care of his teeth and his braces, which we really appreciated. And we felt as if our expectations were clear as well. After talking with several orthodontists in RVA, we know we made the right decision.

Dr.horsey and his team are so nice and friendly. Whenever i see dr.horsey he has a special smile and he talks really friendly. I been going there for 2 years. Getting ready for braces off surgery first. They take pride in what they do. The ladies there are the cheerleaders and dr.horsey is the coach since he tells them what to do.He does like how all his patients the same regardless. I pick them since i like how there right near me. I started the treatment senior year at northstar off of sharder road. Perfect location. The white leather seating in the luxury waiting room should be your first clue that the office isn't geared for children. The one staff member Abby, is the best thing the office has. We had numerous problems with hardware falling off and the staff insisted it was my young child's fault, to the point of her no longer feeling she could eat anything. Dr. Horsey has no compassion and only places blame on the patients never once stops to say maybe he or his staff made an error. They publish evening hours but are never available.
