Bought a new condo from them. The place is well built and beautiful, however, their follow up on small issues after closing is terrible. They also said they would plant some trees and didn’t do it., I suggest you get everything taken care of prior to closing and get all verbal promises put in writing.

Contracted with this builder to build a custom home in October 2017. We broke ground in December 2017 with a suggested completion date of June. On September I was forced (sold house and was promised the home would be done third week of July). At most every stage of the process I experienced issues from mold in my basement, warped doors, scratched windows, unlevel brick to an inability to get accurate financial numbers together before I had to close on the house. The owner was never present until I called direct attention to frustrations and concerns. In the course of building my home, I was passed
