Dealt with one of their staff in public while I was taking care of my own client. Staff was disrespectful and removed laundry that wasn't theirs from a laundry facility before time even had run out and then proceeded to use the rest of the time for themselves leaving me to have to pay out of my own pocket to cover the cost. When I contacted the office I was only told, "These allegations will be looked into." No offer to let me know the resolution or seek reimbursement. If their staff don't care how they treat strangers, how will they treat you?
