Services
Tom and I are an older couple who live alone. We do not have close family, just some who live out of state. Whenever we are sick, injured or have had surgery, Cara at Comfort Home Care helps us out with whatever we need. She see's that we eat well by bringing in healthy, delicious meals. She is always there when we have questions about medications, doctors appointments or help with our electronic devices.

I have purchased a wheelchair access vehicle from this company and highly recommend them.
Steve phoned me after making a enquiry on line and could not have helped and explained the vehicle any better. I part exchanged another WAV which I had purchased recently from a not so helpful company whereby I had made a mistake as the vehicle was too small for my needs.
The vehicle was extremely well presented,the ramp and wheelchair fixings etc demonstrated with no hurry and all over the Christmas period.

Ok, so I am writing this on Behalf of a Customer, who doesn't have a google account.
Not disability aid related, but Car Sales!!
When looking for a car, found the perfect vehicle advertised on autotrader, called up and secured the vehicle via a small deposit. Sales staff were helpful, friendly and knew the details of the car, it was somewhat confusing when I Realized this was not a dedicated car sales. The dealership was a long way from my home address so it was critical that the vehicle was as described, and I can honestly say it was understated when we arrived to view.

My daughter bought a Mercedes A class recently from Comfort Homecare, unfortunately a week later serious problems arose, we contacted Steve the owner, who was mortified that the car had broken down and based on information given by RAC mechanic the problem was potentially going to be very costly, although the car was not under warranty, Steve immediately stated whatever the cost he would foot the bill.
I booked the car into my local garage, disappointedly my local garage let me down, upon contacting Steve he immediately offered to recover the vehicle and had a specialist garage fully replace and

Bought a car from these guys via Autotrader, really good service at the time and best of all good after sales service when sorting out the locking wheel nuts that happened to missing from the car (that they flagged as I hadn't even realised). Will use them again when shopping for cars as price was good. Although they do sell ex-motability cars, the one I bought didn't have any modifications so good for me.

Purchased a used car in the last 6 months and had a slight issue with it. This company are amazing, the service was great, they were so helpful, I called them over xmas, didnt even expect them to be there and they were, the man I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I just cannot tell you how refreshing it is to speak to a company like this that value their customers - frankly I will never go anywhere else if I need a product they offer

Absolutely world class service. Fully comprehensive briefings on the vehicle and power chair operations. Friendly and courteous team. After a long and difficult journey, we were totally satisfied with the service we received and well worth the trip.

I have bought both an adaptive car and an 8mph scooter on seperate occasions from this company recently. I must say from the outset the staff are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable on all things for the mobility market. The service was second to none, not at all pushy but totally friendly and informative. I was allowed to test the scooter I purchased both inside the ample space of the showroom and outside so I could experience different surfaces and threshold ramps.
