First time using this company & I am very satisfied! My drive shaft blew off my truck while I was coming into vassar. A state police came and recommended we called 10 point towing to get our vehicle off the side of the road. Jason came to help my husband & I and he was great! He was nice, funny, & knew what he was doing. We will definitely be calling this company again if we ever need to be towed. Thanks Jason!!

I needed my vehicle jumped and went through AAA. The tow 10-point towing truck showed up and did not have any battery cables. He tried a jump box that did not work. I had some battery cables that I found but was not sure about. He never got my vehicle running. He was about to leave and I asked him to try to jump another back up car I own (that also had a dead battery). He was not able to get that one started either. He left me with two cars with two dead batteries. He indicated I needed a new battery for my jeep, so I called up a friend and got a ride to buy one ($225).

So today I got my truck stuck in a ditch, and hit a tree. Not only did Tony come out and check on me right when it happened, but his nephew stopped twice. These gentleman are stand up and their service was great.
After an hour of waiting on USAA to send out a tow truck from Saginaw, we just had them load me up and take me home.
They were so very wonderful.
Highly recommend for anyone who needs a great company full of great men.
Still able to submit to insurance, so very pleased.
