We operate a fleet of eight tow trucks, a two-acre towing and storage lot, 6,000 square foot building to house the tow trucks, we are a Napa Auto Parts Store and perform general auto repair on cars and light trucks, our tow trucks are very well maintained, clean and modern.

Saturday 10/9 .....i got stuck in a open field and sank a pickup with a 20 ft travel trailer .....i called everybody i could ......nobody wanted the job .....i called yates and they said absolutely......they brought 2 tow trucks and a skid steer ......they literally worked all day ......didnt complain and got me and a few other rvs unstuck ....they saved my whole weekend and i thank them very much .....and the price was very very far .....thank you again guys ......dont know what i would do without you

Stranded at night in Marlette and needed to get me and my truck home to Harbor Beach. First call she said they couldn't take it to a closed shop (never heard of that in my life and have had to tow cars to closed shops many a time), she quoted me a price to get to HB, few minutes later, I called back to confirm a tow as quoted, and the man states "she just gave you a price, didn't mean we would do it!". What horrible business practice. I found another company, Kronner's, who was able to help me take my truck to a closed shop in Harbor Beach, for LESS than this company who quoted me and refused me

I'm not sure the man's name but he appeared to be the owner. He was mid to late 50s with what appeared to be a cold sore on his lip. His energy was negative and left an impression of being a narcissist.
He refused Lapeer County Sheriff official vehicle release form as well as the notarized transfer of vehicle to someone, like myself, to pick up vehicle because she was unable to do at the time because of employment obligations. I was trying to help reduce the costs the family would incur if the vehicle sat there much longer at $25 day.
I had to go back again on Wednesday to pay $425.00. I think

My vehicle was impounded and it was my first time. I called and asked what would happen if I had to have it towed to another location and was told by the original owner they weren't going to tell me anything and hung up on me. I did speak to another employee after 2 more calls and got my answer. Then when I got it out of impound the original owner was so overwhelmed. I know the owner doesn't want to step down but I watched a customer waiting behind me walk out, they lost business. Once they worked together everything came together and was fine.I hope the other employees will just work around the

I had a flat tire on my camper memorial day. Called yakes and had a tow truck there within the hour. Driver's name was Cameron. Very polite and professional. Couldn't get jack high enough to get spare on, so he took a shovel and dug a whole underneath . I was back on the road in 30 minutes from time he showed up.
