Mouganis holds a Juris Doctor (JD) and has also received an advanced Masters of Law degree (LLM) from SUNY Buffalo Law School. While in both law and graduate law school, Emanuel N. Mouganis was elected to the Student Bar Association.

Unfortunately we were in a position where we had to choose to hire a lawyer or use that money to pay the debt instituted by the court. And ended up deciding not to go with Emanuel. But we called alot of lawyers in alot of cities and he was asking the most reasonable sum of money of all of them! While also providing equal to better service in my opinion. He did not charge for the conciliation he gave us, while most places charge 100 dollars for that alone.. And actually gave sound advice instead of beating around the bush like some others I've encountered. I've dealt with alot of different lawyers
