Blocked toilets are usually caused by something blocking the system, and will need to be unclogged. Flush the system once, and use a plunger to gradually pump the blockage through the system. Avoid flushing the toilet too much while it is blocked, as this will cause an overflow.
To diagnose the issue of a non-flushing toilet, remove the cover on the back of the toilet to view the flushing system and make sure the flapper element is attached and working.Rule out equipment failure by trying to power the equipment from another outlet. If you suspect that the outlet is the problem, reset the breaker to see if this resolves the issue.

Applicants MUST be adults, age 18 or older. All adults in the household must complete our electronic tenant application, individually. An application fee of $45 per application is due upon completion of the application by debit or credit card. Applications are considered complete when all individuals to the party have submitted a complete application and paid the application fee.

We were tenants with Integrity Property Management for just shy of two years. They were pretty fantastic to work with. I'm always drawn to companies who have the word "Integrity" in their name, and when they then follow it up with actions that are congruent with the term, I'm pretty darn delighted. I have been in my rental for over 6 years and have had zero issues UNTIL integrity and Evan took over. I am being charged for things out of my control and when I asked for a way to verify the charges evan said that the wasn't something he had to do! I will be getting help from an attorney as I have been treated unfairly for no reason

I make 5 times the rent and have a 521 credit score (just got a huge raise). My fiancé is a retired, combat war veteran who is disabled and doesn't work; he takes care of our 7 month old. My fiancé only had a 507 credit score and we were denied rental status. They are MISLEADING and told us that our 500 scores weren't good enough and accused us of lying. I talked to my previous landlord and turns out they didn't even bother to call them. Credit and credit only are the only thing that counts to them. Integrity? Weird name since they have the complete opposite. We have NEVER missed a rent payment

Evan has done an amazing job helping Me and my family find a home. We moved from Ohio to Oregon into a home they had just started managing, when we moved in any minor repairs I thought needed done or concerns that I had where met with Evans quick response and an action plan. The house was not perfect but he his doing everything he can to make it perfect, great property management I have no doubts that we will enjoy our new home in the mountains and it’s all thanks to integrity property management.
