Attended a presentation for small businesses about how to get the best exposure from Yelp and how to handle Yelp reviews, both positive and negative. The venue for the presentation was good, as was the complementary food. The presentation was informative. I would definitely attend future presentations that are on topics of interest.

Good topic for small businesses. I like the 'inside the actors studio' format. It was casual enough and I felt this presenter was available and willing afterwards to mingle and continue the conversation if necessary and network.
There was ample time before and after to get to know and connect with the other business owners.
Venue was nice, not your average meeting room.
