Absolutely terrible experience. Kim Marie was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. One week before our vacation was supposed to start, they called and said that they have to cancel our reservation because there is water damage in the condo that needs to be repaired. But they said they are holding another place for us and will email the details. After reviewing the details, they wanted to move us from a 3BR to a 2BR and then wanted us to pay an additional $2000, claiming they were giving us 10% off. I called and spoke with Lina to see if there was anything more they could do (like not charge

This company is stealing $1700 from my family. We have an infant and due to the corona virus we cannot travel on April 17. They're refusing to issue us a refund, citing their staff and their cancellation policy. Rather than issuing a credit or a refund to a family who per doctors orders, cannot travel with an infant, they're taking our money for an unearned service without so much as a future credit. They're literally making $1700 for nothing--and being rude, hostile, and wildly unaccommodating given the circumstances. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Epic Realty is BY FAR the best vacation rental company in Maui I have ever used! I have been traveling to Maui for over 30 years. My husband and I started renting ocean front vacation condos through Epic Realty (versus staying at hotels) about 4+ years ago. We are continually impressed by the service, attentiveness, cleanliness and level of professionalism we encounter each time. The condos are always exceptionally clean and pristine, and look exactly like the photos on the website. I also love the cookies and coffee that await us upon each visit. :-) I especially love the fact the kitchen

I now refer to this "business" as Septic Realty. They take your money, but it might as well have gone down the drain.
I attempted to reach them numerous times after arriving in Maui to correct deficiencies in my vacation rental. The only correction made was a delivery of a key to the complex. This was after an email from them specifying that the key to the complex would be inside the unit. The other calls, emails, and messages also went down the drain.
Do not use them!

Thank goodness for Stacey with Epic Realty! I booked #316 at Honua Kai Resort on Red Awning website. Red Awning falsely advertised a beautiful ocean view when in reality the view was of an active construction site!! It was terrible and absolutely did not feel like I was in Hawaii. It felt like I was back in downtown Los Angeles. I called Stacey with Epic Realty and explained to her my disappointment. Without hesitation she offered me three other rental options for my vacation and didn't charge me extra. We ended up at the Napili Point condos with a gorgeous ocean view and had the most wonderful
