Aloha Property Management Inc. is a family owned and run business. We started APM with the goal to bring aloha into property management. The company Founder, Walter Clur is a Realtor Broker with the State of Hawaii, and Co-Founder, Andrea Clur is a Realtor Salesperson. Our dedicated staff of nine employees helps to keep our business up and running smoothly.

Absolutely the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. I own a condo currently in a complex they manage and had another condo under contract to purchase, however, they refuse to answer voicemails, they won’t respond to our emails, and the only lady that answers the phone says she knows nothing and cannot do anything. They do not know how to run a business and they do not know how to treat customers. We will lose out on this new condo because they cannot talk to our lender and answer easy basic questions.

Avoid this company.
They never respond in a timely manner to email requests from the board, and when the board sends a follow up to see why we never got a response, we are greeted with rude, accusatory responses that never say "Sorry for the delay," but rather make poor excuses.
And no point in bringing up the issue with the owner of the company as that was the owner.

I have been working with All the team at Aloha Property Management as a President of our Board for approx. 5 years, owning at three locations on island 2 of which are with other mgmnt. companies. Aloha Properties is Fantastic and their team is a well oiled machine in my experience. Highly Recommended!!!

This property management company is extremely unprofessional! I have had many extended dealings with them, and I have nothing but negative things to say about them! They’re extremely or organize, and have no problem lying, or misleading you in an attempt to keep your deposit! Very disappointed, where is the Aloha?

The website looks promising and I thought they might be a great fit for my condo complex. I had a nice conversation with the owner about their services, and he was going to get back to me with a quote. I never heard back so I tried another time, spoke again and was told again he would get back to me. Never heard back!!
