I am Julie Baseman, owner of Fitness Lounge personal training studio in Menomonie, Wisconsin. I am here to tell you that you can achieve greater balance and optimal health by making smart fitness and nutrition choices. Functional training is a specific fitness model that focuses on mimicking movements you use every day.

Through this model, you strengthen and tone more than one muscle group at a time while also improving coordination and correcting structural imbalances. Whether you are a busy professional or a stay-at- home mom, I know how hard it can be to carve time out of your busy schedule for working out. That is why I have created an innovative online personal training program that I will tailor specifically to your needs. This is very important. I will work with whatever equipment you have already.

There is no day like today to get started down the road toward a healthier lifestyle. Be sure to come to your chi session well hydrated. Water will be provided at the spa however, you will want to be hydrated throughout the day prior to your session and then again after. To achieve the most benefit, use the chi machine first thing in the morning to give your lymphatic system a jump-start.
