We provide a BIG picture approach - no quick fixes or short cuts - to promote lasting results and encourage you to make fitness training a lifetime sport.
In the past 20 years that I have been teaching fitness, middle school PE for 15 of them, I have learned that exercise is so much more than burning a few calories. It has the power to affect so many other facets of our lives. I feel so blessed to be a part of Momentum CrossFit 715 and to be able to share my passion of fitness with others.
We love referrals! A friend of yours is a friend of ours. BUT, we prefer you let us know prior to their arrival so we can give a heads up to the coach. A mobility assessment is also preferred, so we have a knowledge of their health history and any "red flags" we should know about. Regardless, having them show up at least 10 minutes early to sign waiver and be given a tour is greatly apprecited!
MOFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of MOFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency - not only for the unknown but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage.

I love this place! I don’t always want to come but I always feel better when I leave. All movements can be modified to all levels. The coaches are awesome and helpful. The people are the best!

A great place to workout. Everyone is super nice and encouraging. All of the workouts are scalable to whatever a person can do plus the personal training is top-notch. I started out in terrible shape but slowly began to see progress, and now I like trying to figure out what I can do that previously was unimaginable. I would encourage anyone wanting to make a change in their life to give Momentum a try. I don’t think they’d regret it.

Momentum isn’t your typical gym. The coaches are amazing and willing to help everyone who needs it. They are knowledgeable about the physical movements of the workout, but also at helping you with any problem areas or injuries you may be dealing with. They make working out fun and the community there is like a family!

I have still never met a single rude person here. Everybody at this gym is like a family, and it's great. The equipment is clean and there's plenty of space in the facility. Everybody like wants to know how you're doing like they will ask how you're doing like how your day is going. And that's nice sometimes. My gym family was a major support during the recovery of my knee surgery. And personally that's what I think you should look for in any facility that you will commit to.

Momentum fitness is an awesome place to workout!
I have met so many wonderful people that are now my very closest friends. The coach’s are the best and make a very hard workout fun! I would recommend anyone to come try momentum. They have workouts for all levels. Come try a workout and you will be welcomed by many!

I moved to Eau Claire 4 years and toured a bunch of gyms before deciding to go with Momentum Crossfit. I've been a member ever since and I don't plan to stop going to Momentum any time soon.
I really appreciate that the class size is kept small so that all members get individualized attention from the coaches. Coaches are observant and hands on; they make sure that your form is good and that you are performing all exercises safely. If your mobility is limited, they will suggest safer options for you so that you can still get a good workout without having to risk sustaining an injury.
