I waited 6 hours for this irresponsible and non-concerned heartless individual to respond to us for a requested tow placed to them directly and through AAA. They made every excuse in the book for refusing service to us for our SMALL travel trailer. We would have paid up to $500 to get us some place safe but this unprofessional company left two disabled senior citizens on the side of the road well over seven hours long on a cold night and even when called after midnight would not commit to providing us service the following day and only commented “I don’t know what to tell you.”
