Everything from dispatch to the tow was amazing. Mrs. Pam in the office was very polite an professional when it came to my needs. An the driver James McDowell was awesome. "If it fits it ships" was his motto, an he was very precise an really showed his experience. Between the two of them I couldn't have asked for better service. Will be towing with them again. Thank you both again.

I called to get a vehicle towed and the first lady was nice, but another female in the background was yelling and got on the phone, She would not let me explain i was having MY vehicle towed to my office. Very unprofessional.:

Had she stopped yelling I would have explained that that was fine but my personal vehicle also needed towing from a different location.

This company has been around for awhile and continue to hire new people. I never understood why they had such a high turn out until this year. The manager/owner has an absolutely terrible attitude with his staff. I don't care how cheap a business is if they treat the employees like this I will do my best to avoid them. I've personally witnessed his angry attitude while waiting to pick up my truck from a wreck. When you run a business your employees make it efficient. Without good employees you can't have a great business.
