Called early evening to setup an appointment to re-key a rental property lock. They were able to get me in at 1100a the next day. On-time, very professional, and they stand by their work.
Next door neighbor walked over and asked to copy a vehicle key and they did it on the spot.
A+ would use again, highly recommended.

He programmed a Ram key supplied by me very quickly. Also needed a couple keys cut for another vehicle. I programmed them before he arrived, but it turned out the transponder in the keys were not compatible. He spent an extra hour at my home trying to fix it and when it didn't work, he gave me a key of his own that did work at no extra cost! Excellent service, and reasonable prices.

I am leaving this review because the owner decided to be a reckless driver and could have gotten into multiple crashes in less than 5 minutes. I decided to call and I got the driver (the owner) and he told me that I can tel him how to drive when i pay his tickets. He was unprofessional and unapologetic! He should not be in a business if this is the way he treats people. He could of handled the phone call way different and he decided instead to hang up on me. I could have stopped abruptly and he would have slammed right into me. I am absolutely appalled!

One of my tenants called me late in the evening to tell me that she broke her key off in the lock of her commercial space. She needed to have access to her space by 11 the next morning. I called and left a message with Access the next morning around eight. John called me back within about three minutes of me leaving my message, I explained the situation he said he could be there at 10:30. I could not be there but my tenant was he worked with her got the rest of the key out of the lock fixed what the problem was re-keyed it and made us several keys. He kept in contact with me on the phone and explained
