My father had called them last week to help my daughter get into her car. He called them back in plenty of time to cancel everything because she was finally able to get in. It was supposed to be ok and then he gets an $85 charge on his credit card. I called the man who owns Toledo Lock and Key and he told me that he had to dispatch somebody from the shop to go all across town to get in her car. Come to find out the shop is only 0.7 mile away from my daughter's house. Now I can understand maybe a service charge of $25 but $85 is extreme and all he could say is" that's my policy

The man who operates Toledo Lock & Key is not one of many words, but he is incredibly friendly and a genius for that matter.
You see, I have this reliable lock I've had for a long while. Okay, for many years, but it's pretty damn fail-safe or else I wouldn't have gone through all the trouble of finding a locksmith. It would have worked perfectly had I not lost the key to access it. It could be laying somewhere in my home for all I know. Either way, patience is not my virtue so I flipped through the good, ol' reliable yellow pages and eeny-meeny-miny-moed through the comprehensive
