GCB Logistics, Inc., a Tennessee corporation operated by principal owner Greg Burnett, opened its doors in 1999. The original focus of GCB Logistics was to serve as a partner to Tennessee Transporters, Inc. in the bulk transportation industry, operating under an exclusive contract with Trimac Transportation Services.
The company grew to operate over 30 tractors and over 40 employees operating throughout the Southeast, Gulf Coast, and Midwest region with terminal locations in Memphis, Chattanooga, and Nashville, TN. Transportation Services ranged from transporting various hazardous and non- hazardous liquid products to dry bulk commodities, and included preventative maintenance shops and rail to truck transfer operations.
