Chariot Logistics was founded in 2012 by Joe DiLeo, who saw the problematic nature of third -party logistics and set out to change the industry. Working in the transportation industry, Joe quickly realized that 3PLs consistently put their organization's benefit above the customers they serve, going against everything he stood for.

Dustin McBurnett and Dylan Villarruel are the worst brokers, they are completely useless, dont ever get any loads with them this is the worst company i have ever worked with!!! they are a real joke and an insult to this business!!! I hate the fact that i have to give them 1 start because they dont even deserve this job!!!

Booked a load with them the day before. 8:30 the next morning gave broker driver info. driver arrived at shipper and waited 3 hours then was told load canceled. contacted broker and they would send a TONU. they did for 150.00 per their rate con. so forget the 3 hours the driver sat. Standard to the industry is $250.00. They are unprofessional and we have shut them out and posted them with credit stop

Logistics, particularly freight management, is frankly something outside my expertise and I have issues when tasked with related-work for my company. Chariot is the first company I have experienced that does not go over the top with corporate wording and makes the experience easy and simple for someone who lacks strong fluency on the matter. Just top notch customer service.

Chariot logistics it is one of the worst companies I work with I would not recommend myself them to anyone but it’s up to you guys, did booked a load with them and because of their non-responsibility missed the delivery appointment and they did not care to make another appointment ahead a time but I was told to go in and DC with work me in which never happened so I had to spend another two days to get unloaded and was not properly paid for the layover fees and storage fees which I could make more money moving other freight then just messing around with their junk i Will never take another shot
