All right listen here, they will give loans to just about anybody that can be both a blessing and a curse, in my situation it's like a mixed fun bag, generally speaking I could get by without the loan but the loan would make things a lot easier for me so naturally I took it. That being said I would not recommend taking the loan if you can't get by without it. The rates are really really steep for people in situations like mine (low credit, hospitals ain't cheap) which is who their tailored to, and if you're not some kind of stable this will probably make your situation in life worse not better

Very easy to apply and very quick response. Fast email notices of status of the loan. The money goes out as promised. I talked to the staff and they are very friendly. The time to get the money depends on the bank the money is sent to. I've slowly improved my credit and have used OppLoans twice with zero problems.

I’m trying to rebuild my credit and this company gave me a good credit amount with a decent interest rate. It’s still high of course but way lower than other companies out there that are not conciderate and take advantage of your situation. I recommend it I’m glad I didn’t throw away the offer I received by mail.

I spoke with Abraham today and he really made me smile. I'm in the process of gathering money to pay for a family member funeral that passed from COVID. He was very professional and caring. If other people was half as nice as Abraham they would have an alright customer service department. But with him he definitely needs a promotion and raise

This company used to be really great with customer service. I’ve been trying to refinance my loan for 6 days! I keep getting the run around. I’ve uploaded all documents needed, was told someone needed to call to verify my number. Of course no call. Called back to verify the number on file & she said she couldn’t tell me the number they have on file. Asked to speak to a supervisor & was on hold for an hour!!!!! Very unprofessional! This company needs to take another look at their customer service representatives! I work in customer service and I’d never treat a customer like this!
