Haws Auto Body was conceived in 1981 by Concord BMW as the areas premier repair facility. Managed by Terry Haws, the company was built with the goals and policies of quality, integrity, trust, and loyalty. These are goals that are still the core of our beliefs today. Haws Auto Body was purchased by Terry in 1983 and he went from being a manager - to becoming an owner.
Free Estimate - We'll meet with you and learn about the history of your car. Our estimators will then prepare a detailed estimate of what they'll do to restore your car to pre-accident condition. Structural Repair and Alignment - We'll detect misalignments and restore the vehicle to its proper structural alignment.

I can't thank the team at Haws Auto Body. In the industry that I work in. I deal with people asking for recommendations on a good reputable place to make their vehicle look like nothing had ever happened and boy do they deliver! Not only do they do great work on most brands you see on the road. They stand above others when it comes to high-end finishes. They use top of the line paints along with professional workmanship.

After several attempts by another "body shop" I finally found a shop that is more concerned to achieve perfection and take whatever steps required to make your the customer happy. My vehicle has significant damage and during Covid times getting replacement parts was a challenge. Taylor took charge in getting the repair done timely. He anticipated every issue and had part enroute before teardown was complete to prevent delays. Taylor knew that I needed my vehicle sooner than later but refused to take short-cuts. Brought the car in due to a mouse infestation which turned out to be even worse than we thought. Mike and his team gave us good advice from the start and handled everything professionally with the insurance. They essentially took the car apart, cleaned it, ordered spare parts and rebuilt it. At pickup time Mike took time to walk us through what had been done, even after normal closing hours. Could not ask for more. Highly recommended!

I brought my car in to have a full exterior detail and could not have been more pleased. Taylor, who helped me set up my appointment and explained the process of the full detail, gave me comfort in knowing I gave my car to the right people. When I went to pick up the car I had to double check if it was the right car because that thing looked brand spanking new. If you need an interior or exterior detail I highly recommend Haws. These guys are professionals and will leave you with a large smile on your face as you drive away.

Awesome service. My car was in two separate accidents with 3 different insurance companies involved. Taylor was very well versed in the ins and outs of the insurance claims process. He cared enough to explain my options and went the extra mile to do additional inspections of the car to find potential hidden damage proactively. I highly recommend this shop.

My 2018 Honda Pilot EX-L was recently stolen and then recovered a couple days later 50 miles away where the thieves had smoked cigars, cigarettes, and weed, spilled beer on the seats and floor mats, and generally trashed the interior. It smelled soooo bad. I took the car to Haws for detailing (my first time there), and they seriously got the car looking absolutely as good as new. They were friendly and professional throughout, a real pleasure to work with. I didn't think the smells could be gotten out, but literally the car was like new. I brought my car in for self-paid repairs and the initial estimate seemed affordable so I chose to move forward. Thereafter the shop 'found' additional work required. This was at the onset of COVID-19. The original quote must have been grossly underestimated. The new estimate was twice the original quote. I still proceeded. I was away and needed to pay for the repairs over the phone and have the vehicle delivered to my nearby residence. When I finally return to see the car, the completed work looked bad. We had just bought a new car, when disaster struck. Not even a week after taking delivery of the vehicle, we found spots on the car that had eaten through the paint over much of the drivers side. The neighbors pipe had broken and gotten something corrosive on our brand new Subaru.

Why add insult to injury? The last thing anyone wants after their car gets dinged is to deal with a snarky auto body shop on top of it. Over the years my car has had a few episodes, and each time my experience at Haws Plaza Auto has been superb. Mike, the owner is personable, straightforward and informative, and Lisa the receptionist is so nice. I just picked up my car today, as scheduled, and besides the perfect workmanship, my car was washed, vacuumed, and SANITIZED. I'm a certified germophobe, and these days, that was very much appreciated. I can highly recommend them.

I have had my cars worked on by Haws autobody off and on for the past 10 to 15 years. I haven't had a need lately until my Z3 was in an accident. I brought it to them to fix the damage from the small accident, but ended up having them do a full detail on that car, a full detail and ceramic coating on my Toyota Tacoma, then on my sons BMW, and his fiancé's is as well! They all turned out fantastic. Next it's my wife's car's turn.

NO QUESTION - GO TO HAWS!
A turkey on the approach to the Benicia Bridge attacked my Lexus and caused some front grille damage. Larry at Haws was glad to see that I had removed most of the bird (as a previous customer had not) promptly examined my grille, got me an estimate, ordered the replacement parts and told me to call to set up an hour appointment to get the grille replaced when it was convenient for me. I called at 11:00 AM this morning, Larry told me to come in around 1:00 PM. I did, the grille work was done by 2:00 PM and I was on my way.

I'm so impressed with Haws' Auto Plaza! I initially called because I had a bad experience with another shop, and now I'm so glad I found Haws'. My experience there was great from start to finish. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He called to give me updates throughout the repair process. He worked with my insurance and claim adjuster to get a tricky claim taken care. Everyone who works there is so friendly. The work detail is flawless. They even returned my rental car for me! Will definitely recommend to others.

Haws' Auto is amazing. I recently got into an fender bender. I was turned away by 3 local auto body shops because of the type of paint I have on my car. Mike at Haws' was not only able to match my flat matt paint but he kept in constant contact with me through the process. The car was done and done well.
