A lady backed into my car late on a Friday evening and caused damage to my rear end (tail light, fender, bumper, wheel, etc). This was my first accident and I was clueless about what steps to take. Thankfully, New Master was not only open on Saturday morning to accept my vehicle, the gentleman that assisted me, Douglas, was so kind and helpful to me as I filed my claim with my insurance AND took steps to ensure that I was able to get my rental car that morning as well. Took wife's 2016 Ford Fusion in for a minor front-end collision. Shop completed work in 5 calendar days, 2 days ahead of the original estimate.
After receiving car from shop, wife noticed climate controls weren't working right (outdoor temp displayed as -40`F or +50`F, and A/C target temp had to be turned to lowest setting). Called shop, which recommended taking car to dealer. I did a quick search on Google for "2016 Ford Fusion exterior temperature sensor" which showed the sensor in the front grill, which the shop agreed to replace (it was an insurance claim, so I didn't understand shop's reluctance

My experience at Lucky Auto Body was really great. A representative named Doug was very flexible with me and my work schedule to get the car fixed at my convenience. They repaired and replaced parts on the passenger front end of car that got damaged from a Deer. I was really impressed with the Quality of the work and Doug made sure I was taken care of.

Happy Customer! Amazing service! I can't thank the whole crew enough. Y'all serviced my damaged car more than what was promised to me. I truly appreciate the honesty, the quick turnaround and price. (compared to Hendricks Collision Ctr) ...Jimmy, thank you so much! I left my car badly scratched up, I came back 3 days later and everything was gone like they were never there PLUS they power washed the exterior, vacuumed and polished the interior! & if thats not enough, they have lifetime warranty on the work they've done! My car looks brand new!!

If you're looking for a body shop, stop right now cuz you've found the right place. Never go to dealerships as they are all rip-offs! Jimmy is the man! He worked with my schedule and gave me a discount. Got my car just a few days later. Honda told me it'd take them at least a week. Thank goodness I went with Lucky!

These guys are fantastic! Had someone rear end me and Doug went out of his way to provide me with detailed instructions throughout the process. They were flexible with my schedule and even offered to meet me after their closing time. They went above and beyond with the work that needed to be done and the repairs look excellent! You can't tell the car was ever hit.
They exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend them to anyone! Way to take what would normally be a stressful affair and make it painless.

This is the BEST auto shop ever! The people there are so nice and professional. I took my car there after an accident and scratches, these people must have made magic happen because it looks brand new after it got fixed. The price is very reasonable and the repair took less than a week. In addition, they even helped me fix 2 additional scratches (not paid by the other person's insurance company) for free. Thank YOUUUU. The repair took less than a week and they texted me to let me know how my car was every step of the way.

When by today to get an estimate for front quarter repair it was out of line . They were able to manipulate it back into place so my sensor lined up. Took only a few minutes, he even worked in the rain. A fraction of what the collision repair place wanted they said new bumper . Very happy with the service and the gentleman who fixed the problem. Try them first you will not be disappointed

First off, their tone of voice is not nice. i feel like i'm talking to a first grade teacher on menopause.
second, i took my car in and got some parts replaced. the paint job looks like it was done with a spray can. there is absolutely no professional painter that would have allowed a car to leave their shop in this way.
i would never recommend these guys to anyone.

If I could give them more stars I would! This is the second time I have used Lucky Auto Body and both times I have received the best service ever! The quality of their work is amazing! Joe is definitely the man to talk to. He's friendly, professional and has overall excellent customer service. Weather you are going through your insurance or paying out of pocket he can explain either process and walk you through it. He even dropped me off and picked me up from the rental car place. The work that has been done on both my high end cars were extraordinary!Hopefully, I won't be getting into

Their liars, they've had my car for 3 weeks, and they kept changing the date of when it'll be ready. They changed it multiple times, and I had to be places very important. They told me my car would be done early today afternoon, and guess what? They said it'll be done by 6... I need to be back in TN by 7. If I were you don't even bother taking your car to this place.

I had some minor damage to my bumper and Lucky made it look as good as new. The price was much better than the other estimate I received and Andrew took care of getting the rental car for me. The vehicle was ready when promised. I would definitely recommend Lucky and will use them again if I'm so unfortunate to need more work to be done,

I got into a bad, mainly cosmetic, fender bender a month ago. Nationwide did all the work for me and directed my car to be taken to this place to get it repaired. I wasn't so sure how I felt about letting my car be fixed by them because of the lack of reviews.. However, ever since my car was handed over to them, it's been nothing but excellent communication throughout the entire process. They have excellent customer service and the manager, Joe, was extremely helpful and obviously knows how to run an auto shop because all his front desk employees are always very nice and helpful as well

Repaired my 2011 Honda accord coupe front and rear bumper's color actually looks better than the factory paint ! The original Honda paint had some major discoloration compared to the paint these guys laid down. Work also comes with lifetime warranty so I have nothing to worry about. Only complaint I had was 1 day delay but after seeing the work, it was totally worth the wait ! I told the guys please take your time I want it to be fixed right.
