Had the best customer service! I got my windshield replaced and paint touch ups. I was extremely satisfied with the finishing result! It didn't take long at all for them to finish and they communicate with you throughout the process. If you're ever looking for somewhere to get your car serviced, I highly recommend coming here. I had a dent in my driver side quarter panel and part of bumper. They told me 3 days for the repair which is resonable. Dropped car off Tuesday morning, they were done Wednesday afternoon. Very pleased with the quick turnaround. On top of that, they were the cheapest of 5 other shops nearby. Great shop for body work.

This is the first time I have ever done this a few minutes ago. I put information in but it didn't let me put in my rating so hopefully this is better. The job was done very professionally. I was happy with the end result. As a .matter of fact, when I saw my SUV I scream, you couldn't tell the difference. I was very happy with the end result. My husbands car was hit in an accident. We took it to C&R. They were very polite and worked with the other guy's insurance company. We had to have the whole front of the car repainted and we paid the extra to have the back done. It looks gorgeous. A brand new car would not look better. They did a superb job.

I couldn't be happier with the repair work and paint job that I had done on my car. The hood of my car was beyond destroyed (my opinion) but they did an amazing job with the repairs to the hood and front end. The owner was very helpful throughout the process including guiding me to my new paint color. His guidance was spot on to what I was wanting. I hope I don't have to get body work done again, but if I do, I am coming back to CR Collision.

Okay, so a hit my garage with my BRAND NEW car...right... I got quotes and suggestions but decided to go to CR even though they charged more that my other quotes. Man, I see why. My car looks so good, like nothing ever happened. The customers service was great and my car when he said it would be ready. That extra $50..shows. Now me and my Black Cutie are on the road again and I am pleased. Thank you guys, you are awesome. I will never forget the burned noodle smell!! That was funny. (insider)

I received an estimate of $1105 for repair work. When I went to pick up the car, he charged me $1280 which was the amount the insurance company paid me. He saw this amount because he did additional work which the insurance company paid him for. He refused to release the vehicle to me until I paid $1280. He suddenly claimed his costs were higher but he never called me to change his quote. He simply wanted me to pay him what the insurance company paid me. I paid because I felt I had no choice as I needed my car released but I am currently disputing the extra charge with the credit card company. Don

They did a horrible job to my car!!! My bumper was hit in an accident a couple of months ago. They put a cheap bumper on and painted the bumper with a different blue from what was on the car!!! Josh told me if I wanted to get an oem bumper I would have to pay $200 more. I did not have the $200 at the time but a couple of months later when I came back to paint my whole car black JOSH don't remember anything!! He is said "he don't care" and CHARGING FULL PRICE ON THE LABOR FOR A SERVICE I ALREADY PAID!!

The Tucker location did a fantastic job with my car and helped me out with the deductible as well. They even touched up where someone ran a buggy down the side of my car at no charge. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They offer the lowest prices in the area. Would definitely recommend them.
