On more than one occasion, I could hear residents yelling for staff from their rooms. They were ignored. On one occasion, I saw a nurse standing right outside of a resident's room as she yelled for help. She didn't even budge. Some items went missing from my Dad's room, and the administrator, Angie, could not have been more rude when I spoke to her.

This woman should lose her job. She should not be interacting with people at all. While I found some of the staff polite and caring, I would not allow another loved one to rehab here. If you care about your loved one, you should not either. My mom went here for therapy. There were things that could have been better and though she did nto care for the food she was very happy here.

Staff do not answer the phones, patient(my mom's husband) sat in his own feces for 2 hours after ringing for nurse to assist him. Absolutely rude staff, no bedside manner, no compassion for patients. The state needs to shut down this place as it smells of urine. It needs a thorough cleaning and inspection before reopening. Would not recommend a pet to receive services from this establishment.

If I could give a zero, I would...Actually it would be more like a -10! HORRIBLE facility!!! My sister has cancer and was sent here for rehab due to weakness and 'extreme' pain. The facility NEVER gave her pain meds so they missed 2 full doses. They would not answer the call bell which they said "may or may not work", and they would not come to her cries for help. She finally had to call 911 HERSELF that night/early morning to have them come get her because the pain was so excruciating and the staff would not come to her aid. It took the hospital several hours to get her pain back under control

Mom has been there for 8 hours and is insisting that I pick her up now. Staff is rude, told her not to push the button for help with a bedpan. Told her to just get up and go to the restroom...if only! Don't you think she'd be home if she could do that. She just got out of surgery.
Changed my rating, once the director was informed, she did her best to correct these issues. The physical and occupational therapists were very knowledgeable and kind to my mother. Thank you John and Nate!

Stayed here after a surgery and all I can say is WOW. The staff are very caring and I can say that it is not a new place it has been aroud while but when you know the people then you know it is amazing. Everyone helps regardless of what they do. A lady in a dress even assisted my dad to the toilet because she said she was able to help and my light was on. People really work hard here

Excellent experience here! I can not explain how caring the staff are that works there. Therapy Was great and the team there was great. All of the nasty trash written here is rubbish and should be removed from here. These people don’t get the credit they deserve at all!

I want to thank everyone at Cypress Pointe who had a hand in helping with my mom's physical therapy, from the kitchen staff, house cleaning and CNAs to Wesley, Pressly, Erica, Doug, Randall and Travis. It is difficult taking care of a loved one, especially bedridden, so to watch her go from the bed to a walker in 2 weeks time is very impressive and indicative of the hard work the staff put forth, as well as my mom. Sincerely, thank you! Lonnie Moosman

John Pho, PT is an asset to this disappointing rehab center. In fact therapy was outstanding. But administrators Angela and Angie are uncaring and unprofessional as Administrators and as a result the facility cannot keep employees. And they do nothing to help morale or pitch in to help.I could fill this review with horror stories from unanswered call button alerts, stolen money, at times having to lie in soiled linens and clothes, cold food, no snacks, no water pitcher, etc. It’s impossible to describe my entire 5 week stay there only to say I do not know how they remain open, including law wise

Absolutely would not recommend this place for an elderly loved one!
The treatment that not only my father experienced but, the way I got treated from the staff was horrible.
Caregivers should have some level of empathy for their patients.
Not to mention the missing items from his belongings after he passed.
Please don't make the mistake we made, your loved one should be treated with dignity and respect.
