During the week, initial patient referrals are completed within twenty-four hours.
Practitioners are also on call for weekend and after hour consults. I got fitted for a brace here the staff was very friendly they seemed to know what they were doing but after a couple hours wearing the brace it hurt so bad i couldnt wear it i brought it back and the only thing they seem to have cared about was wether or not i signed for the brace so they could get paid put a piece of tape on the brace and said wear it an hour a day the pain was so bad i never wore the brace just kept wearing the old one seems to me they cared more about getting the paperwork signed than wether or not it was working

Clueless buffoons! They lost my first order. I only found that out after calling three different times and getting the run around before they finally decided to call the company which didn't have my order . I had to drive all the way back and get refitted. They promised me when I got back a week later that they would be waiting for me. I got back, waited three days to call, they had no clue what I was talking about. They had no clue where my order was. When they finally tracked it down the company hadn't even started on it yet. At this point I got upset and raised my voice. The audacity of that

We visited WOPI this morning and I can't even begin to explain how wonderful everyone in the office is! It's evident that their priority is the patient. My son had a blast playing in the office all while getting fitted for his new SureStep braces. Can't wait to get him in them next week! Thanks John, Matt and Jess! :)
