I came in late Friday with a bad fan in my Dell micro. Freddy took it apart while I waited and was able to order the part. I took it home to keep working and he called me next day (Saturday) to come in and swap it out. Amazing service and what small businesses are all about in America. Please support this local business as he is a great asset to the neighborhood and City of Long Beach.

Freddy went above and beyond excellent customer service! Was in a total bind and he literally worked overtime to get me my computer as soon as possible. He not only fixed the issue but took the time to explain how to do different things to help going forward. Was so kind and friendly. Can’t thank Freddy enough and would highly recommend!
