Marine Professionals Inc. (MPI) is South Florida's ultimate destination for yacht refit management, marine electronics, audio/video, networking, emergency & crisis service, and regular boat maintenance. Founded in 1997, MPI is based in Fort Lauderdale, with two office locations conveniently located in central Fort Lauderdale and one in Marina Bay Marina.
When my boss bought this boat he needed it to be a mobile office. We installed a redundant internet system with VSAT, cellular and WiFi. We also upgraded the SAT TV system to HD, along with a complete audio upgrade and new flat panel TV's. We got several quotes and MEI was the only company that would guarantee the job to be completed on time.
We offer professional planning and design consultation to ensure that each vessel has been thoroughly prepared, with a client-driven plan that stays on budget and completes on schedule. Marine Professionals, Inc provides a full range of refit management services focused around the client requirements.
We did a full AV Upgrade that included a FLIR install, Master Stateroom Axiom Install, and anchor drag alarm. A GOST security system, KVH VSAT, internet booster, and cell modem were also all installed with access points throughout the boat. For entertainment, all-new speakers throughout the boat as well as upgraded subs and amps to power them, and an Apple TV's for each television.

On the morning of going fishing my navigation system went down on my 37' freeman and Marine Professionals was able to show up that morning and fixed all my technical issues allowing me to still have the afternoon to fish, they are the most reliable marine company to date. Thank you guys

Love how punctual and knowledgeable these guys are. They really know their stuff. The last marine electrician I had on my boat took hours and needed sooooo much more time to figure things out. MPI knew exactly where to look and what to do to solve the issue.

We have used MPI for our electronics, stereo system, and other navigation equipment on our new Leopard 51 powercat.
MPI’s service has been excellent, and they are always responsive.....even traveling to Key Largo when needed to help us install a remote for our swim platform.
Both Danny Murphy and Victor have gone above and beyond to deliver “second to none” type service.
They are also national distributors as well for dock mate, which will save you $10K versus yacht controller.
If you are looking for “best in class” electronics installation and great service, I would highly recommend

Marine Professionals are anything but professional. They half finish work, but charge full price. They did a bottom job with thru hull inspections and failed to replace thru-hull seacocks that were inoperable. They installed a wifi range extender that never, ever worked and charged 3 times the agreed to price. And the list goes on. They don't meet deadlines. They have a small crew, primarily rely on unsupervised subcontractors, and don't check or take responsibility for the work. I twice requested meetings with Marc and Victor... No response. Use them at your own risk.... I would not send my worst
