Started 22 years ago by Carol Riley and Timothy Moore as a general janitorial cleaning company we have expanded into both floor cleaning and exterior cleaning. Around 5 years ago we created TLC Floor Care specializing in Carpet, Tile & Grout and Upholstery cleaning to better serve our clients.
Residential cleaning can be as simple as a house wash or as complicated as a full service from the roof to the concrete driveway. No mater how large or small your project is we can get it taken care of with speed and the professionalism you expect from TLC Pressure Washing. HOUSE WASH- Our low pressure house wash brings your home back to its glory by removing dirt, cobwebs, mold and mildew in a way that is safe for your home.
Whether you are about to sell your home and are looking for that curb appeal or just want to have the cleanest house on the block a house wash can restore the beauty of your home. Dirt brought by winds, cobwebs, and dirt dauber nests along with the green mold, mildew, and environmental contaminants can detract from your homes beauty.

Once pored concrete will set within 48 hours to walk on with 7 days before it will be at 70% cured. It cant take 28 days to reach full strength and be fully "cured".

Do NOT let these people into your home!!! They are not taking any kind of precautions when entering your home!!! No foot wear coverings and not even a mask was worn. When asked for the elderly man that was going to do the job to please wear a mask gave me HUGE ATTITUDE. The only professional worker at this establishment is TIM! Carole at front desk hung up on me after trying to explain situation to her. NEVER GOING BACK!!

Needed someone to pressure wash our home and saw a facebook ad for these guys - we had someone come out last year who took 4.5 hours to do our home, had to go buy "special chemicals" for the back of our house and who got water all over our floor from spraying directly into the door seal. This year, we got a quote from another company for a $600 pressure washing job. My husband called TLC after we saw an ad on Facebook and they were literally at our house 30 minutes later, charged us 1/4 of the price quoted from the other company and had the job done in an hour. They were incredibly professional

The carpeting in our agency offices had become dark, dirty and dingy in several high traffic areas. Tim Moore, the Owner at TLC Floor Care, came out personally, professionally and very methodically cleaned our office carpets. Now they look amazing and bright, like new!

TLC is an EXCELLENT company and they provide an EXCELLENT product!! When Tim Moore came to my house, he carefully studied my deck in every detail. My deck is 12 years old with the original floor but all other pieces replaced about 5 years ago. The floor and the new pieces were a different color due to the use of different commercial stain-sealants that had been used. Tim explained the process that TLC would use to restore and protect my deck. TLC had to perform extra sanding of deck surfaces to ensure an even application of the stain-sealant. When TLC finished my deck, it looked AMAZING!!! All

Really impressed by the quality of their work. They pressure washed my entire house exterior, including my concrete driveway and patio - and they all look great! I had them come back and do both sides of my wood fence and it's difficult to believe it's the same fence - what a difference! They have been such a huge help as I get my house ready to sell!

I had high hopes for TLC after reading previous reviews and I must say my expectations were exceeded! Our carpets looked great as we prepared to move out of our apartment. The TLC crew were thorough and very attentive to our needs as a client. I am always skeptical about pricing whenever hiring services for the home due to the end price being different from the quoted price; I was pleasantly surprised to find that my initial quote was more than the ending total. I will keep this business in mind as a referral, and will definitely use their services again should we move back to the area. THANK YOU

After finally having a close date on my new home, I called TLC Floorcare after calling others (on a Saturday afternoon) in hopes of getting the carpets cleaned in my new home around 12PM on the following Monday. TLC was able to make it happen! I can't believe they were able to do so on such short notice. They were quick and efficient on that morning and the carpets looked amazing afterwards!

I had all the carpet in my home cleaned by TLC yesterday. Tim & Carol came out for the work. The customer service was top notch...they were polite, informative, and helpful. My carpets look fantastic! You can no longer tell there used to be dog here! My carpets are clean, soft, & fluffy again! I will definitely recommend them!

Tim is a knowledgeable and thorough -- we watched him work his magic and learned a lot about the best brand of vacuum to buy (and that we needed to thoroughly clean our vacuum's air filter), along with the various extra steps he takes to lift dirt out of the carpet before shampooing. It's clear that he's passionate about his work, and took the time to work out some very stubborn stains. We will definitely bring TLC back on a regular basis.
