WOW! Our house was built in 1947 and today it looks brand new! Thanks to The Pressure King! Lee and Shervy worked all day long on the hottest day of the year (so far) and did it with a smile. Washed house, driveway, sidewalks, and large cement slab for outdoor kitchen and pool in back. They were great and so was Felicia who did the scheduling. Cannot recommend this service enough if you want to make your house look like new!

They were quick to respond and schedule free estimate on pressure washing my entire home. During the consultation I was never rushed or pushed to buy more than I needed. All of my questions were answered and I actually got more done due to reasonable rates. I appreciate the entire team from estimate to actual work. Great job and I would hire again!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with The Pressure King! I am out of state, preparing to sell my home and desperately needed gutter cleaning and pressure washing for the whole house and driveway. Everything was handled electronically! I received a very thorough video estimate, I emailed to schedule the work and received a call to confirm the services I selected. Shortly after that I received an email with the technicians name, photo and additional information. The technician showed up on time and did such an amazing job. I received the invoice by email with before and after pictures

Adulting doesn't get easier. You just get more used to doing it. In my latest adventure in pretending to be a functioning adult, I realized that I needed to get my house washed. Thanks to the naturally rocky soil in Nashville, we're plagued by the wooden weed called the hackberry tree. If you have too many of those damn trees by you, you, your home, your car, and everything else will be covered in black soot. I think that black soot has something to do with aphid waste but I try not to think about it so I don't go crazy. So, living on the east side = being covered in disgusting black

I hired the pressure king to pressure wash my back porch (which is relatively a small space) and although he did a good job (no damage or lines) he charged an arm and a leg! 625$ for an hour and a half of work! I felt a little taken advantage of because we live in a nice community, anyway lesson learned... negotiate price BEFORE they do the work.

I will definitely recommend The Pressure King to all my friends and family. They arrived on time and were very quick and professional.
I hired them to clean my stone house and my stamped concrete driveway, much of which sits under trees and was covered in dirt, and mildew. Looks brand new now! Very reasonable price, too.
They also gently cleaned our vintage patio furniture. Looks great!

Steven is highly professional and priced better than anybody else I have used. He was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.
