Highly recommend this company. Their professionalism and kindness made a scary situation more bearable. Not only did they arrive quick, fast and in a hurry, but their rates are more than reasonable. And they kept me posted with pics! I can assure you that if I’m ever in need again….I will be calling this company.

My vehicle was towed and when unloading my car the person accidentally left a hook on the car which resulted in my bumper being partially torn off. I still paid for the tow which I was shocked he asked for the money. He did pay to get my car repaired but we did argue to get this resolved. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company.

Recovery 1 Towing was a pleasure to deal with. I had them tow my mom's car from one dealership in Bowie, MD to another in Gaithersburg, MD. They were able to do an unattended tow of the car. They were courteous and clear what they would do. They communicated the process the whole time. At the end they sent me pictures of the car and emailed me a receipt. I handled the entire transaction over the phone.

Hey Recovery Towing! I called and you talked me through getting my car started last week when my van shut down in Downtown Baltimore!! Thank God Almighty you were there for me!
